We are beings of ‘Universal Light’ clothed in the dense material of a physical body.
 
All our joyful, happy, blissful reactions and the upsetting, traumatic and disturbing associations are embedded in our memories.  Over the years as we continue to grow and become adults we experience everything from joyful happy, good times including negative ones. We unconsciously continue to add to and store at a deep inner level the hurts, disappointments, failures, rejections, powerless, low self esteem, frustration, rage and aggressions. Until the original ‘inner golden being’ that we are becomes covered in heavy layers of unhelpful resides. These can create stagnation, restrictions in life force vitality, loss of purpose/ direction and general un-wellness.
