Counsellor & therapist :
Utilising my professional training over the years ie. Psychotherapy/Counselling, Regression therapy and Shamanic healing I combine these academic skills, experience and knowledge with my energy sensing abilities to help clients in a unique and empowering approach. I have worked as a sensitive for over 25 years providing insights into the unseen subtle energies and Spiritual Realms for companies, organisations and individuals. My aim is to provide a professional, supportive and caring approach to facilitate in-depth exploration of the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual connections.
Childhood :
Both my parents are gifted with sensing skills and my mother combined her ability to “see” spirits with a more conventional scientific training as a medical doctor, so our household was one where the alternative and unusual were accepted as being the norm. Our family conversation would often include discussions about the spiritual realms, earth and nature spirits, the paranormal and the subtle energy fields, and subjects such as dowsing, different philosophies and religions were explored, discussed, researched and if possible tested and experimented with. Holidays and weekends were spent exploring ancient sites, sensing and dowsing ruined historical buildings or dancing round labyrinths at different phases of the moon. My mother in particular was able to use her training as a doctor to help develop an accessible, grounded and practical approach to the ‘unseen world’.
From childhood I have been able to ‘see’ and sense the realms of energy and spirit which has continued to shape my pathway in life. I have worked with the ‘unseen worlds’ in some shape or form and whilst I have learned to incorporate this into my life, I have also undergone various training that have helped me harness these skills in order to work professionally and ethically with clients.
Artistic :
Initially on my career path, I focused on developing my artistic skills obtaining a Diploma in Art & Graphics after which I worked in the advertising and artistic industry producing designs and illustrations for many years. From this period I began to be commissioned to create spiritually inspired artworks, paintings, craft work, glass and plaster works including portraits of individuals spiritual guides and loved ones from the spiritual planes.
Mediumship :
For many years I worked as a medium providing guidance and spiritual messages for the corporate world and well known UK psychic companies. I connect with the different spirit realms and worlds - every plant, house and earth place including the home and office have spirit guardians. I communicate with these spiritual helpers and gain information about how to bring balance, healing for the building, place and occupants. I also help people who suffer from ghost or spirit activity to bring understanding and healing, as commonly the lost or stuck spirit has unresolved issues that hold them to the earth plane.
Teacher :
I run workshops of various lengths from a few hours, one day, week, term time to training courses of 2 yrs duration. Subjects include: Regression therapy, ancestral and spirit release, visualisation, stress management, relaxation, healing, dowsing, mediumship, cutting the energy connections with clutter, symbolic messages from life.
Regression Therapy :
Since 1992 I have been involved in experiencing and learning about the work of
Roger Woolger Phd. and in 2003 I graduated as a Deep Memory Process therapist (Regression Therapist) and I am now an authorised Trainer facilitating training in the UK on Roger Woolger’s behalf.
